Your new job includes
As HR Team Assistant (m/f/d) Entry Programs of our family-owned company, you will take on a key role in our Entry Programs team in the HR Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding department and ensure a smooth flow of projects and day-to-day operations. In particular, you will- prepare and plan assessment days for our professional early career entry programs and be the first point of contact for our internal customers
- be involved in projects and fully responsible for our school internships
- provide comprehensive support for applicant management, in particular you will be responsible for applicant correspondence and scheduling interviews
- proactively research and prepare current topics and trends in the field of early career entry career programs
- actively participate in operational HR work (e.g. preparing and following up on workshops, creating presentations and supporting our junior staff)
- process travel expense reports and incoming invoices
What you should bring along
- Successfully completed commercial training (in retail, hotel or other service industries) as well as practical experience as an assistant or in functions with an organizational focus
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Outlook
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- You are a reliable organizational talent and always keep track of things with your independent and responsible way of working
- You convince with your confident and empathic appearance on the phone as well as in personal contact
- It gives you great pleasure to support your team in all facets of the daily business and thus create a trusting working atmosphere
