Intern App Experience (f/m/d)

To support our App Experience team we are searching for a Intern App Experience (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

• Operational execution of app communication campaigns (Push Notifications, In-app messages).
• Analysis and execution of weekly, monthly, and Adhoc reports for our campaigns.
• Analysis and research of new app communication placements to improve customer journey and user experience.
• Support the App Experience Team in their daily business (e.g. communication campaigns, Apple Search Ads optimization, App Store Optimization, competitors’ research, etc.).
• App release support and testing.

• Student or recent graduate of business studies, marketing or e-commerce
• First practical work experience, ideally in e-commerce, app/mobile marketing, digital marketing
• Very good analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• First knowledge of app/mobile marketing is an advantage
• High online affinity and a keen sense for trends in the e-commerce business
• Keen eye for details and capacity to take responsibility
• Very good English knowledge, written and spoken

• Mobile office with up to 40% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting)
