The Department Purchasing and Materials Logistics is looking for

SAP Project Coordinator (f/m/d) in the Field of Purchasing and Procurement

Your Tasks

  • You work on the development of digital workflow projects, identify stakeholders, develop project plans and take responsibility until they are successfully implemented.
  • You liaise closely with the Head and the Strategy, Digital Processes and IT Systems Officer of the Purchasing and Materials Management department.
  • You are in close contact with the responsible key users in the administrative-technical departments as well as with the scientific areas in order to involve them.
  • You document the projects carried out and work on the departments reporting system.
  • You are available to the department as a key user for all topics concerning the SAP system. You will provide first level support for the procurement system for our internal customers. To this end, you use our ticket system, organise and conduct workshops.
  • Your tasks include the content management of the catalogues and customising the master data in the procurement system.
Your Profile
  • A completed commercial training or bachelors degree with several years of subsequent professional experience in purchasing
  • Several years of experience with SAP-ERP essential
  • Affinity for systems and software in the purchasing area, e.g. ARIBA, EasyBANF and ClikView
  • Not afraid to communicate with employees from other departments and also to hold a workshop from time to time
  • Experience in project management and leading project teams
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
