With empathy and know-how, you can put yourself in the shoes of every employee and every area of the hotel, identify problems and find solutions. You regularly question and improve processes – in order to create the best version of "your" hotels ever. As a Regional General Manager, you are responsible for the hotels in your region and work closely with the General Managers of the respective hotels. Your Happy Place:
Your new professional home is centrally located in our Adina Head Office in Berlin Mitte, directly at Potsdamer Platz. From here the Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Systems, People & Capability, Finance and Business Development departments support our hotels across Europe.
