Your contribution:

• You are responsible for driving Vantage Towers ESG agenda internally and externally to deliver and showcase results
• Refining and delivering a comprehensive ESG strategy designed to make VT a fully compliant ESG frontrunner
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify ESG priorities and ensure integration into overall business strategy
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of ESG initiatives with business functions, including but not limited to HR, Technology, SCM, Legal and Commercial
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of ESG programs
• Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, NGOs, and local communities

What makes you stand out:

• At least 10 years of relevant operational or corporate work experience in the field of environment, health & safety, energy management or consultancy
• A successfully completed university degree, ideally in science, environmental management, engineering, energy management or sustainability, and a specialization in the topic of sustainability/ESG
• Successful prior implementation of sustainability/ESG projects and specific expertise as well as demonstrated project management skills
• You are familiar with current ESG requirements of the capital market, international ESG ratings, the GRI reporting framework, the Sustainable Development Goals as well as regulatory requirements (e.g. CSR-RUG or CSRD, Supply Chain Act, EU taxonomy)
• Strong leadership skills / comfortable presenting to senior management
• You characterize yourself as a motivated, resilient, and reliable personality
• Fluent German and English skills written and spoken
