How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Responsibility for defining the portfolio, go-to-market and delivery strategy of EADs Service business reporting directly to the Senior Vice President
  • Focus on growing a highly profitable and sustainable Service business driving long term contracts and digital solutions
  • Start in a core task force set-up and eventually lead a global organization including business and operating model, value proposition, portfolio roadmap etc. in close cooperation with our regional Service execution teams
  • Coaching, mentoring and support for the leadership team peers and the wider EAD organization on their transformation journey to grow the service share and mindset and establish a strong internal and external & partnership network
  • Close collaboration across the EAD functions, regions and within the Transformation of Industry Business Area is a key success factor
What You Bring
  • University degree in Engineering or Business or other relevant subject area experience of 15+ years
  • Leadership and connecting people, transforming cultures and shifting businesses into new growth fields
  • Strong business acumen with a good sense for future markets, our core industry and understanding customer value drivers and how to capture and monetize them
  • Track record in building high performance teams and find lean solutions to complex challenges leading to the best result for our company as a whole
  • Build and led service businesses in an industry context in the past
  • Representing the business at executive level as well as trustfully connecting with partners and customers
  • Strength in virtual collaboration and lean approaches to implement strategies and create followers in a matrix organization
  • Employee Health and Safety, Compliance and good leadership practices.
