As Regional Gifting Packaging Manager for Europe, you will support the two key priorities of International Gifting: Drive Sales and improvement of Gross Margin. You will be an active member of the International Gifting cross functional team, collaborating with gifting managers, packaging developers and procurement teams locally and globally.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Development of a range of packaging options which are suitable for mass scale production and re-pack.
• Manage international packaging requirements & work with procurement to coordinate packaging options, pricing & production.
• Work with specialist printers and suppliers to develop new techniques to enhance our packaging style & format.
• Work closely with international design agencies to ensure adherence to design guidelines, printing techniques and colour standards.
• Lead developments in line with international regulations and legislation amendments.
• Lead change within gifting along with Beiersdorf wider brand pledges.
• Pro-actively create new solutions and suggestions packaging improvement & solutions.
• Identify and develop new ways to improve sustainable packaging and reduce our impact on the environment.
• Additional, Ad Hoc packaging related tasks

• University or Master’s Degree
• Experience in packaging or related functions
• Experience in cross-functional or in a cross-culture environment is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
• Ability to manage complex projects independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence a diverse set of stakeholders
• Resilience, proactive, pragmatic, cost-conscious, creative and result-driven
