The Opportunity:
Critical decisions are made every single day in our government. What if you could use your Foreign Material Acquisition (FMA) and Collected Exploitable Material (CEM) experience and skills to help them make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled planner to know how to assist their client with critical decision-making. As an FMA and CEM planner, you use your specialized experience and your attention to detail to review, process, and coordinate DoD CI and I2 plans, policies, and directives. Youll support the government with drafting CI and I2 plans and operations proposals, including orders, planning, requirements, and tasking documents. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to make an impact on the Combatant Command staff.
As an FMA and CEM planner, you will conduct administrative counterintelligence liaison with COCOM offices, components, and partner agencies to provide guidance for Biometrics, Forensics, FMA, and CEM. Youll coordinate and synchronize U.S. Military CI collection activities against U.S. European Command priorities and CI and HUMINT strategic objectives related to Identity Intelligence.

You Have:
Experience with elements, aspects, and USG organizations related to FMA and CEM
Experience with Identity Intelligence, Biometrics, and Forensics
Experience with Human Signature Exploitation
Experience with analyzing policy and drafting task orders and Combatant Command coordination
Experience in the European AOR and with NATO
Experience with working in a Joint Combatant Command environment
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience with supporting counterintelligence activity and analysis, Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience with supporting counterintelligence activity and analysis, or 10+ years of experience with supporting counterintelligence activity and analysis in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Biometrics Efforts in OSI, NCIS, or ACI
Experience with component biometrics and forensics
Experience in interacting with Allied Partners and Allied Organizations
Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Biometrics Security Professional and Biometrics Security Engineer Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
