Team Lead Photo Studio (all genders) - Parental Leave Cover (18 months)

As Team Lead of our Inhouse Photo Studio, you will be responsible for creating entertaining and appealing visual content to ensure that our customers have an enhanced shopping experience on Lounge - by Zalando.

You will be responsible for leading, inspiring and engaging your team of Team Leads (Styling, Photography, Hair & Make-Up, Studio Operations). You will challenge and streamline processes as well as deliver inspirational and innovative content in a high-volume production set-up ensuring optimal cost and lead time.

• You will lead a department of 40 professionals, providing functional leadership to direct Leads in Styling, Photography, Hair & Make-Up, and Studio Operations, while fostering their growth, empowerment, and development by providing regular feedback, setting clear objectives, and inspiring them consistently

• You will be accountable for achieving and improving all relevant KPIs, focusing on efficiency, high-quality standards, and team health

• You ensure our creative vision and brand directions are clearly communicated across the Photo Studio teams.

• You will analyse content performance metrics to drive improvements and optimise results.

• You efficiently plan team resources to meet business requirements.

• You oversee communication between departments and manage stakeholders, fostering relationships within content production teams and with internal and external customers

• You bring a solid background in E-Commerce and fashion photo production with at least 4 years of proven experience in high-volume content production.

• You demonstrate strong people skills, having led teams as a "lead of leaders" before, and possess the ability to cultivate both creative team leads and operational teams

• Youre skilled at efficiently leading creative teams, blending motivation with speed, creativity, and innovation.

• You are proficient with capacity planning, KPI-driven process monitoring and have a comprehensive understanding of content analytics and its impact on customer engagement..

• You have experience in managing large cross-functional team projects that involve multiple stakeholders and lead to measurable improvements.

• You cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.

• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and unite a team.
