Associate Customer Fulfillment Analyst

The Opportunity:

In this position you will be responsible to provide premium customer service and be a key interface between Mattel and specific customers / channels for domestic order processing. Furthermore, you are supporting the Customer Fulfillment Supervisor in promotion management including inventory analysis.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Develop a proactive relationship with customers and be the first point of contact for Supply Chain related customer requirements in accordance with internal processes
• Coordinate order fulfilment according to customer ship dates and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate closely with Mattel’s 4PL Service Provider DHL (4th Party Logistics – Transport Management System)
• Accurate and timely investigation and resolution of claims
• Carry out Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement projects
• Promotion Management - check and manage inventory to cover promotional activities and prioritize orders
• Coordinate rework / VAS (Value Added Services) activities
• First point of contact for Sales providing visibility on future stock replenishment and potential supply issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Academic degree in business administration, preferably with focus on Logistics / Supply Chain Management - APICS certification is a plus
• Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables; charts; functions; etc.)
• Fluent in English and German (written and verbally)
• Pro-active and customer centric approach
• Flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team-Player with intercultural awareness
• Numerate with accurate data entry skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
