Customer Service Representative Middle East (m/w/d)
In the Customer Service department at the Heidelberg site

Your Responsibilities

• You look after and support our international customers in the Middle East region
• You create calculations and offers
• You process document requests
• You coordinate and process customer projects in cooperation with the field service and internal departments
• You enter and change master data according to specifications
• You provide support in receivables management and customer agreements/contracts

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies or commercial training with professional experience, ideally in sales or customer service
• You convince us with very good knowledge of English & Arabic, knowledge of German is an advantage
• You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge of SAP SD & Sales Force
• You have very good organizational and coordination skills
• You are characterized by your confident and friendly demeanor, as well as your negotiating skills and your reliability
• You have a high degree of self-motivation and a results-oriented way of working
