Senior Netsuite Administrator (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Netsuite Administrator (all genders) to join our team in Berlin and focus on our commerce and retail operations!

YOUR MISSION:

• Be an administrator of the NetSuite ERP system and other integrated commerce business systems - includes implementation, configuration, testing, and support
• Interface with business users to drive solutions in a timely manner
• Support product master data import processes for Commerce & Retail teams
• Assisting in troubleshooting product master data issues, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions
• Oversee the development of Scripts and Workflows to Enhance NetSuite (with 3rd party agency)
• Proactively monitor, identify, document, and resolve ongoing day-to-day business issues
• Improve existing systems or processes by assessing current state and recommending alternative feasible solutions
• Collaborate with various teams to recommend and build solutions that satisfy business requirements and identify process improvements using new and existing tools within the NetSuite ecosystem
• Responsible for NetSuite Commerce & Retail Inventory data management which includes inventory moves, PO discrepancies, warehouse damages, lost inventory, inventory variances
• Collaborate with the Finance Team for month-end process and any system driven negatives on inventory.
• Directly liaise with outside auditing firms and Finance Team to assist and provide information or reports for inventory

YOUR SKILLS:

• At least 6 years professional experience working with ERP suste and/or e-commerce
• 2+ years of hands-on administration experience with NetSuite core functionality, including configuration, customization, and third party integrations in a e-commerce environment
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems or other relevant field is a plus
• Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
• 2+ years experience with e-commerce platforms, their processes and data
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a creative mindset for problem solving
• Excellent communicator who will provide on-going systems and technical support and provide users with relevant reports and key performance indicators
• Background or experience in accounting within ERP systems is a plus
• Understanding of billing, payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
