This position is located in Karlsruhe, Germany.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to oversee our Eloqua platform. This role combines IT skills with strategic marketing sense, focusing on the integration of technical capabilities and data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will manage user and security roles, define data interfaces, and lead innovative marketing campaigns to enhance sales targets and maintain data integrity.

• Integration of External Apps: Manage the integration of external applications such as LinkedIn, GoToWebinar, and others with the Eloqua platform to extend marketing capabilities and reach.
• User and Security Management: Configure and manage user access and security roles within the Eloqua platform to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Requirements Management: Analyze business requirements to support ongoing improvements and customizations of the Eloqua system, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
• Lead Generation and Program Management: Design and adjust lead generation strategies and programs to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets.
• Data Clean-Up and Housekeeping: Perform regular audits and maintenance of the marketing database to ensure accuracy and efficiency of data used in campaigns.
• Interface Definition and Data Exchange: Establish and maintain interfaces for data exchange between Eloqua and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
• Marketing Process Optimization: Develop and refine marketing processes to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
• 2nd Level Support: Provide second-level technical support including data storage, segmentation, troubleshooting, and campaign construction issues related to the Eloqua platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua.
• Strong understanding of marketing processes and demand generation.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
