MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. 1. Assist manager to complete TPM jobs.

2. In charge of the daily maintenance about the FX plant Equipment.

3. Response the repair WO from departments and completed the repair jobs in time.

4. Edit the WI and SOP if necessary for new sets of equipment.

5. Mentoring and training technician to improve the skill and safety.

6. Audit the supplier working in plant to keep the safety and quality.

7. Completed the things arranged.

1. TPM need to be done in time and report the risk and complete the improvement.

2. Make sure the Productions working smoothly.

3. Do the capacity or safety improvement project.

4. The supplier management and training to meet request.

5. The technician skill and knowledge improvement.

6. The capex or other project working in plant need to be supervised.

• Associates Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in chemical plant equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, can independently complete equipment maintenance and inspection, repair work.
• Proficient in the use of computer Office software, can read drawings, proficient in CAD drawing is preferred.
• High/low voltage electrician certificates required.
• Familiar with motor, pump and pipeline maintenance.
• Familiar with supplier management and 8 dangerous special operations.

1. Guide and monitor the safe operation of technicians.

2. Supplier safety operation monitoring and engineering quality supervision.

3. Awareness and investigation of security risks.
